In 2015, our co-founders Amina and David were searching for their first home in Nairobi. What they found was a market full of ghost listings, unlicensed agents, and inflated prices with no accountability. They knew Kenya deserved better.
Payo Group Realtors was founded to bring radical transparency to Kenya's property market. We started with 50 hand-verified listings and two agents. Today we power over 120,000 active listings across all 47 counties.
